Veet, Hair Removal Cream brand owned by Reckitt Benckiser has received a thumping seal of approval from its users . An independent survey conducted by a leading beauty magazine amongst its readers revealed that 83% of women who tried Veet said their “skin never felt so smooth after hair removal”.

For the first time in India such aninitiative has been taken where a publication and its readers which have given such an enthusiastic thumbs-up to a brand.

“This a is unique initiative and it is indeed very heartening to see that for the first time the readers of a Beauty Magazine have rated Veet so highly” , Chander Mohan Sethi, Chairman and Managing Director, Reckitt Benckiser (India) Ltd said.

The survey was conducted with 250 women across India wherein their feedback was taken post usage of Veet. The results were an overwhelming endorsement of the soft and smooth skin that Veet delivers after hair removal. 90 % of participants said that Veet is extremely easy to use , My skin felt so moisturized, that I was tempted to skip my moisturizer after depilation – 86 %  , My skin was left looking beautiful and smooth – 85% , My skin never felt so smooth after hair removal – 83 % , It didn’t leave that dried-out and tight feeling I sometimes get after removing hair – 92 %  and  My skin was left feeling really moisturized – 91%.

Veet has come out with a brand new campaign to celebrate this achievement featuring its brand ambassador and leading Bollywood actress – Katrina Kaif. The campaign is created by EURO RSCG and highlights the claims received from the respondents. This campaign will be used across TV, print, digital and POS merchandise.
